Contribute to and work within an existing design system.
Support and build from user research to ground your decisions in real usage.
Stay curious about AI — use it actively, form real opinions on it, and bring that thinking to the team.
3+ years of product design experience, ideally in a B2B or fintech context.
Experience owning design projects or complex features end-to-end.
Familiarity with design systems — you know how to work within one and make it better.
Entrepreneurial instinct — you've worked at a startup or have a genuine interest in early-stage environments.
A thesis on AI and design: you're not offloading your thinking to it, but you're actively using it and forming real opinions.
Strong ability to distill complex problems and communicate your reasoning clearly.
Curious, probing, comfortable asking "why" — you don't take requirements at face value.
Teachable and opinionated in equal measure; you update your views with new information but don't fold under pressure.
