Willingness to travel ( What You'll Do Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and structured cabling Support integrated solutions such as life safety, audio-visual, building automation, and endpoint security Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems to meet customer needs Represent IK Systems as a trusted partner on-site, building strong customer relationships What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in low-voltage installation and service Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to travel ( Work performed at this location involves low voltage security system installation and service in Charles County, Maryland. Per county requirements, technicians performing this work must hold - or be eligible to obtain - a Charles County Restricted Master Electrician License. This county-issued credential covers low voltage alarm and security system installation and is distinct from a full electrician's license. Candidates holding an equivalent Restricted Master license from another Maryland jurisdiction may qualify for reciprocity. A current Certificate of Insurance is required to maintain active license status.
