We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain solar panels according to company standards and safety guidelines Conduct site assessments and determine optimal placement of solar panels Perform electrical wiring and connect panels to inverters Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar panel systems Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a solar panel installer or in a related field preferred Must be physically fit and able to work at heights Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Salary and Benefits This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
