Job Description
Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Maintenance Tech to save the day for our clients in Frederick and surrounding areas by preventing problems before they happen and solving little problems before they get worse. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. This HVAC Technician position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events.
